The college was established in 2019 and runs Bachelor programs in Arts, Commerce and Science disciplines. The current strength of the college students is 443 Mulher is town place in Baglan taluka of Nashik district in Maharashtra.
It is located on the Maharashtra - Gujarat border and is nearby to Khandesh and North Maharashtra region. Mulher is a village of 4 to 5 thousand population on the Gujarat-Maharashtra border but Mulher is the most important market place for 35 tribal villages and tribal villages in Gujarat on the Maharashtra border. It is 130 km north from Nashik district headquarters
Dang Seva Mandal is established by Voluntary worker Hon`ble Dadasaheb Bidkar in 1937 and working only in remote Adiwashi areas for Social education, information about laws, prohibition, awareness of ‘Swadeshi’ Movement, education of boys and girls, and such other programme were undertaken by the Mandal large numbers of educated Tribals / Aadivasis involved themselves in this work. In order to help the tribals in getting employment, the Mandal Established number of forest workers co-operative Societies helped not only in generating employment but also in making the Tribals ‘Aware’.
